Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your NotPedals account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous postal markings.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
